- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
