Ingredients

  • 2 lbs stewing beef, cubed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup Guinness beer
