Made with a combination of frozen berries, fresh spinach, and a touch of sweetness, these ice pops are not only refreshing but also packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice pop molds

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen berries, spinach, honey or maple syrup, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a small gap at the top.
  4. Insert the ice pop sticks into the molds.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  6. To remove the ice pops from the molds, run warm water over the bottom of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Gently pull the ice pops out of the molds and enjoy!
