Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice pop molds
Directions
- In a blender, combine the frozen berries, spinach, honey or maple syrup, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds, leaving a small gap at the top.
- Insert the ice pop sticks into the molds.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- To remove the ice pops from the molds, run warm water over the bottom of the molds for a few seconds.
- Gently pull the ice pops out of the molds and enjoy!
