Ingredients

Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the skin, if desired, and cut the salmon into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon pieces, bread crumbs, red onion, garlic, fresh dill, fresh parsley, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
