Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
