Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes to remove any dirt and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Make deep cuts on the potatoes, about 1/4 inch apart, but don't cut all the way through.
