Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.
- Rub the dry rub all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the ribs on the smoker and smoke for 3 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.
