  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
