- 1 pound bacon, diced

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked bacon, sautéed vegetables, mixed beans, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, mustard, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer the bean mixture to a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the beans are bubbly and caramelized on top.
