Ingredients
- 3 pounds of chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 head of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon peppercorns
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion, peppercorns, and bay leaves to make the marinade.
