Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons anise seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  6. Add the cooled potatoes to the mixing bowl with the dressing. Sprinkle the toasted anise seeds over the top.
