Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Directions
