Ingredients

  • 2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each sheet of puff pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
