These Crispy Tofu Tacos are a flavorful twist on traditional tacos, featuring perfectly cooked crispy tofu crumbles seasoned with Mexican spices and served in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings. This recipe is perfect for a quick and satisfying meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, salsa, sour cream, lime wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into small cubes and place in a bowl.
