  • shredded cabbage
  • carrots, julienned
  • bell peppers, thinly sliced

  • garlic, minced
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • ginger, grated
  • cornstarch
  • water
  • vegetable oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  4. Add the slurry to the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
