Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 apple, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, sauté the kielbasa, onion, and apple in butter until browned.
