Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cups corn kernels
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Directions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Saute until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
