Ingredients
- 2 cups dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine dates, walnuts, almonds, coconut, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly. Press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
