Ingredients

  • 2 cups dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine dates, walnuts, almonds, coconut, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly. Press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
