Ingredients
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Top with desired toppings and bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

The longer you knead the dough, the lighter and fluffier it will be.
Adding a bit of sugar to the dough helps the yeast to activate, resulting in a lighter and fluffier dough.
Using warm water helps to activate the yeast and will result in a better rise.
You can use this dough to make either pizza or calzone.
