Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides
