  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the curry powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the chicken breasts with the spice mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
