- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
- Pat dry the pork belly with paper towels and place it on a cutting board.
- Using a sharp knife, score the skin of the pork belly in a criss-cross pattern, being careful not to cut too deep into the fat layer.
