Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons jelly (strawberry, grape, or your preferred flavor)

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

  1. Spread peanut butter on two slices of bread.
