Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. If using frozen shrimp, thaw them according to package instructions. If using fresh shrimp, peel and devein them.
  2. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Drain the shrimp and rinse them with cold water. Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onions, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the chopped shrimp to the cream cheese mixture and stir gently until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve the shrimp dip chilled with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
  7. Enjoy!
