Ingredients

  • 1 package of firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of dried chives
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Start by draining and pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture. Place the tofu between two paper towels or kitchen towels and place a heavy object on top. Let it press for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the creamy ranch dressing. In a bowl, mix together the vegan mayonnaise, dairy-free yogurt, dried dill, dried parsley, dried chives, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined. Set aside.
