  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

Directions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.
