Ingredients
- 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts in butter, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread onto a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat chicken broth and parmesan cheese over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
- Pour sauce over roasted brussels sprouts and toss to combine.
- Serve warm.
