Creamy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts in butter, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread onto a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat chicken broth and parmesan cheese over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  5. Pour sauce over roasted brussels sprouts and toss to combine.
  6. Serve warm.
