Directions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper and stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Serve warm or cold.
