Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (14-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix, corn, red onion, and cilantro and toss to combine.
