Ingredients

  • 2 cups potato, cooked and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, butter, salt and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add flours and knead until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3-4 inch rounds.
  5. Place rounds on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve with butter and your favorite toppings.
