Ingredients
- 1 pound bow tie pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup diced prosciutto
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to cool. Transfer to a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the pasta and stir to combine.
- Add the peas, prosciutto, grapes, cranberries, and parsley and mix to combine. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
