Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
