Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Whipped cream, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the prepared crust.
  3. In another large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, instant vanilla pudding mix, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves until well combined and smooth.
  4. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the cream cheese layer in the pie plate.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Before serving, top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
