Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the flour over the mushroom mixture and stir well. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
