Ingredients

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
