In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil and pepper until well blended.
Stir in crabmeat.
Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
Place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
