Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen pierogies
  • 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Cook the pierogies according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
  4. Add the mushrooms and garlic, and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
