Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together oil and all the spices.
- Add chicken wings and coat evenly with the mixture.
- Place wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Turn wings over and bake for another 25 minutes until golden and crispy.
