Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard seeds
  • 1/2 cup brown mustard seeds
  • 1 cup of beer
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yellow and brown mustard seeds.
  2. Add the beer and stir until the mustard seeds are completely covered.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit, at room temperature, for 24 hours.
  4. After 24 hours, transfer the mixture to a food processor and add the Worcestershire sauce, honey, salt, and garlic powder.
  5. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Transfer the mustard to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
