2 lbs. potatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped onion

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
