  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (260g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and creamy peanut butter.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
