Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup green olive tapenade
  • 1/2 cup black olive tapenade
  • 1 cup sliced Italian deli meats (ham, salami, mortadella)
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Roll out the pre-made pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  2. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried oregano.
  3. Spread the green olive tapenade on one half of the pizza dough and the black olive tapenade on the other half.
  4. Sprinkle half of the provolone and mozzarella cheeses over each half of the dough.
  5. Layer the Italian deli meats evenly over the cheese.
  6. Top with sliced pepperoncini peppers, roasted red peppers, green bell peppers, black olives, green olives, and red onions.
