Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, bell pepper, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, parsley, and oregano.
- Form into a loaf shape, and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
