Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 3 scoops of chocolate ice cream
  • 3 scoops of strawberry ice cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Strawberry sauce
  • Pineapple topping
  • Chopped nuts
  • Maraschino cherries

Directions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut each one in half lengthwise, creating six halves.
  2. Place two banana halves in a long, shallow dish, with the flat sides facing up.
  3. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in between the banana halves.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the remaining banana halves and the chocolate and strawberry ice cream.
  5. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the vanilla ice cream, strawberry sauce over the chocolate ice cream, and pineapple topping over the strawberry ice cream.
  6. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each scoop of ice cream.
  7. Sprinkle chopped nuts evenly over the entire dish.
  8. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
