Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar

Directions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Drain the hot water and fill the saucepan with cold water. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
