Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz wide egg noodles
Directions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion, carrots, and celery in a bit of oil until softened.
- Add the cooked turkey, chicken broth, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
