In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain any fat, and add the beef to the slow cooker.
Add the onion, mushrooms, and garlic to the slow cooker. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, and flour. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover, and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
