Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) package sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz. cooked egg noodles
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain any fat, and add the beef to the slow cooker.
- Add the onion, mushrooms, and garlic to the slow cooker. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, and flour. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover, and cook on low heat for 6 hours.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
