Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x4 loaf pan.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
