Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x4 loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter or coconut oil, parmesan cheese, eggs, and water until combined.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into greased loaf pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
