Ingredients

  • 1 whole duck
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8-10 Chinese pancakes
  • Thinly sliced green onions and cucumber for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, five-spice powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat over low heat until well combined.
