Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) package orange flavor gelatin
- 1 (6-ounce) package lemon flavor gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the orange and lemon gelatin mixes. Add the boiling water and stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
- Stir in the pineapple and oranges. Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
- When the gelatin is set, spread the sour cream over the top. Serve chilled.
